Once verified, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund as requested, without requiring the defective item to be returned.

        If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, the refunded amount will be sent back to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

        Please note that refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

        Orders that have already been assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled. Once shipped, refunds will not be issued. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Additionally, you must attach images/videos of the defective product, poor print quality, or products significantly different from those advertised on the website. After review, we will immediately replace the product according to your request or refund you without requiring you to return the defective product to us.

        If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement product as per your request, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

        The refund amount will not include shipping fees, tax, only the price of the product, please take note of this.
